Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Kaizen Brands LLC, 30 North Gould Street, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States ("we", "us"), which operates PersonalityPro at personalitypro.co. By using the site you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use PersonalityPro.

1. Who can use PersonalityPro

You must be at least 16 years old. By creating an account you confirm that you are.

2. What we provide

  • A free personality test with free results and type descriptions
  • Paid guides, such as the Career Guide and Relationship Guide, written from your own test scores
  • Articles and comparison tools

We may change, add, or remove features. If we stop offering a guide you bought, you keep access to the copy already generated for you while your account exists.

3. Your account

Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at contact form if you think someone else has used it. You can delete your account at any time from Dashboard → Settings.

4. Purchases and refunds

  • Guides are one-time purchases in US dollars, paid through Stripe. The price is shown before you pay.
  • Access to a guide starts when your payment is confirmed and lasts while your account exists.
  • 30-day money-back guarantee: if you are not happy with a guide, email contact form within 30 days of buying it for a full refund. Access to a refunded guide is removed.
  • If a payment is disputed or reversed, access to that guide is removed.

5. Acceptable use

Do not:

  • Break the law or anyone else's rights using the site
  • Try to access other people's accounts, results, or our systems
  • Scrape, copy, or resell our content or guides
  • Disrupt the site, including with automated traffic or spam

6. Our content

The test, type descriptions, guides, and site content belong to us. You may use your own results and guides for personal purposes and share them with others. Your test answers remain yours.

7. Not professional advice

PersonalityPro is for self-reflection and entertainment. It is not a psychological, medical, career, or relationship assessment, and it does not replace advice from a qualified professional.

8. Disclaimer

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties, express or implied, including about accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or US$50 if greater. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. You may stop using PersonalityPro and delete your account at any time.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with a new date. If you keep using the site after a change, the new terms apply.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. This does not remove protections you have under the consumer laws of the country where you live.
